Round of 16s Match
Sudsy Monchik vs Jack Huczek |
Cat# HC-31 |
| Fully
edited match including slomo replays on many rallies demonstrating
every aspect of racquetball. One of the most dominant racquetball
players in the history of the sport, Sudsy Monchik, battles
against the up-and-comer winner of more junior titles than anyone
else in history. A great demonstration of the power game pitted
against quickness and control. Unfortunately, only the final
3 games (of 5 game match) are available but they contain more
great rallies than most 3 game matches.**

Round of 16s Match
Cliff Swain vs Brian Istace |
Cat# HC-32 |
#1 IRT Pro Cliff Swain takes on another great
Canadian World Champion, Brian Istace. Istace is known for his
hard hitting, great athleticism and determination, and this time
brings his "A" game to play one of the greatest players
of all time. After playing 2 3/4 excellent games, Istace can only
watch in torment as Swain claws and scrapes for every point to
get back into the match. Another example of Swain's sheer determination
to win.

Round of 16s Match
Jason Mannino vs Kane Waselenchuk |
Cat# HC-33 |
As one of the fastest rising stars
on the IRT Pro Tour, Kane Waselenchuk goes dive-for-dive and pass-for-pass
against the wily Jason Mannino in their 2000 US Open rematch.
The Canadian Waselenchuk just has too many weapons today for Mannino
and dominates the match with quickness and solid put-aways as
Jason seems to have an off-day leaving many shots up and a step
slower than usual. Waz takes step 2 toward winning his first IRT
Pro Stop.

Final
Match
John Ellis vs Kane Waselenchuk |
Cat# HC-41 |
One of the most incredible matches
we have in our library. Kane Waselenchuk has not lost a game the
entire tournament, having cut through Jason Mannino, countryman
Mike Green, and Sudsy Monchik to get to the finals. But John Ellis,
with his quickness and power game, has also yet to lose a game
having disposed of Mike Locker, Derek Robinson and the great Cliff
Swain. Initially it looks like Kane is just too much for Elli,
but a tour veteran, Elli hunkers down and fights his way back
into the match turning it into a 5 game thriller.
