it just takes a game and a half for Beltran to get into high gear
... a little luck, a few bads calls and next thing you know, its over.

Kane took control of the match from the start playing very relaxed and in control. Cliff played tough but could not find the serve to get on any run. Kane would lead 9-5 in the third and Cliff’s serve all of a sudden caught fire. He would come back and even the match at 10-10. Kane however would find the way to win and take the match 7,7,11 to make his fourth final appearance of the season.

Jack Huczek vs Alvaro Beltran

Jack Huczek controls the first two games against Alvaro Beltran up to the middle of Game 3 when Beltran’s nose begins bleeding. Taking his full allotment of injury time and being down 4-6, Beltran comes back to win the game. Game 4 is very close throughout, when Beltran receives two technicals from referee Jason Thoerner to make the score 9-6 Huczek. But again, Beltran regroups and comebacks to win the fourth and take the match to the breaker. Game 5 is a battle to the end as both players play at their highest level bringing the house down numerous times. Ultimately, Huczek hits two great down the lines from both sides to win the match and go on to the final vs Kane Waselenchuk.

Jack Huczek vs Kane Waselenchuk

#1 Jack Huczek and #2 Kane Waselenchuk meet in yet another final. Both players have a lot at stake as they battle for the year-end number one ranking. Huczek steps up early to take Game 1 but Waselenchuk comes back to take the next two games. Kane is ready to finish the match in Game 4 but Jack answers back and forces a tiebreaker. Ultimately, Kane regains control with some big serves and a few unforced errors and takes the match to tighten the race for IRT #1. 5 game match
